Month: January 2020

Hold on, Music Monday is coming.

But probably not till Tuesday. I went out of town to visit family over the weekend, and it took literally forever and a day to take care of everything I needed to do beforehand, and I STILL almost never made it out of my home to make the trip. Still really, annoyingly stopped up, and nothing was helping. So many annoying little things were not going right the first time, running smoothly once happening, and I forgot some important paperwork. I was on the verge of canceling my entire trip because getting going was just overwhelming.

But I’m glad I went, because it was a lovely trip and it’s important for me to be able to visit my family as often as I can.

I got home and both of my sites were gone. I took care of that. Now it’s midnight, and I am done just like this day. I can’t think. I’ll be back at work tomorrow, and hopefully my mind and attitude will be more settled.

And I am apologizing in advance in the event that I submit anything that's been done during my sabbatical.

It certainly ticks all the boxes, what with it's Dapper gentlemen (and high-stalin' gangsters!) in wingtip shoes, Flapper girls in their beaded dresses and turbans throwing back bathtub gin and dancing the night away, and ART DECO everything!
